Continuing the tradition of excellence at Bug Blasters, long-time employee Tanner Jones purchased the company from Andrew Turnbull in 2018. An Abilene native, Tanner helped grow Bug Blasters into the company it is today known for its great customer service, professionalism, knowledgeable staff and honest work. In the fall of 1990, after my first child was born, I realized I needed a stay-at-home job instead of my highway construction job. We moved to College Station, Texas, and I began working for Bug Blasters. I soon realized I enjoyed this career field and the relationships I had built with customers.

In 1994, my boss sold our business. I worked for the new company for two more years before deciding to open my own company back home in Abilene, where I was born and raised. I still owned 14 shirts that said Bug Blasters, and my former boss told me I could use the name.

Bug Blasters opened in Abilene in July 1996. I incorporated my business in 2002. We have a small, but well-trained, professional team ready to serve you. We look forward to another 20+ years of reliable, trustworthy, personable service.
